The form below provides a quick and easy way to generate hit point checkboxes for groups of monsters found in an adventure. Simply fill in the blanks with the number, size, and bonus values for the monster's hit dice, indicate the number of monsters in the group, and finally check the box for "Wandering Monsters" if you need the extra initial tab required to format an encounter entry. When you click "Roll 'em" the text area will be filled in with the requested hit point rolls and check boxes; just highlight, copy, and paste to get the material into your adventure. ☐
