New Player Here! Introduction

Hello everyone, I am very new to table top rpgs but decided to give this one a try. I recently purchased every BF book available on Amazon, and they should be arriving sometime tomorrow. My gaming experience can be boiled down to two very short 5e sessions, which I quite enjoyed personally, but I imagine that it may be too complex for newcomers, and since I am trying to convince my other Marine buds to get into rpgs with me, I decided to choose a more simple system. Oh yeah, if anyone is hosting a session on Tabletop Simulator or Play by Post, I'd love to get more experience under my belt so I can learn the ins and outs of the system before introducing it to my friends. I look forward to getting to know each of you!

Welcome aboard! You'll find BFRPG is a lot easier to play than 5e or Pathfinder and instead of rolling dice, you can actually role play.
