Am I wrong in saying that this thread is the only place to access this supplement? Is this still a supplement in the works, and is it eventually going to find itself on the workshop?

I'm new to Basic Fantasy and had a question about the reversed version of Neutralize Poison, the Poison spell. The wording says: "The caster's touch remains poisonous for 1 round per level of ability ..." My question is in regards to " per level of ability " - what does this mean...
