To be fair to FakeHealer, the Introduction does state: These adventures are intended for 4 to 6 player characters. They should start out at level 1 and should finish with most characters around levels 3 to 4. David hasn't been online in awhile, so not sure how/why this was assumed...

Same issue for me; the odt looks ok, though the skull illustration at the end is in the wrong spot (at least in my LibreOffice setup).

The Original Game used the GP=XP rule, as well as for treasure (its GP value). It helped encourage players to gain experience from something besides combat, especially as that could have a likely chance of death of one or more PCs.

Ideally yes, for both PCs and potentially for monsters, but would make it go over a page. Plus those values (monsters too) can be looked up knowing the class & level; and/or using a GM screen that would ideally have those tables on it.
