Considering this topic, should this supplement have a note about fighters using the weapons specialization rules for a kind of "balance"? If yes, I think those rules should be duplicated here in order to avoid referencing other supplements.

Although its common for some games (ranger and animals, bard and people) I think its not necessary to add that extra layer, spellcasters are the most common to provoke saving throws and they don't get that benefit, I think its better to leave them all at the same level.

I'm probably wrong, but I think the Paladin does not have an increase in XP, I would use that route, each sub-class uses the same XP progression and give "balance" thru special abilities and restrictions. If you want to change the XP: Take the base XP of the core class and increase it or decrease it...

You can, if you want, make it so nature oriented that it will see non-druid magic as unnatural (even clerical unless its from a nature oriented deity).
This will not only short his access to magic weapons, but to the magic he can get benefits from.

I think it refers to "normal" bows as to differentiate from composite bows and crossbows or just crossbows

The ranger has: +5 base attack bonus (level 7) +2 bow ability +2 magic bow +3 Dex right? Final +11 to +10 based on ranged with 3/2 attacks.
