Re: Basic Fantasy Field Guide Volume 2

Perfect... these creatures were inspired by the "creature from the black lagoon", just reimagined with a connection to HP Lovecraft "deep ones". 8-)

They ran thru Keep on the Borderlands, but worked to rule over the caves and the various humanoids there, eventually commandeering the upper/northern section...

Re: Queen of the Demonweb Pits and other such

Yes, the final few modules would have been really problematic to try to stick to. Drow = product identity Lolth = product identity Kuo-toan = product identity Even my alt-version from years ago... Gith (both varieties) = product identity Ilithid/Mind-Flayers = product identity Even if you went with ...

Re: Queen of the Demonweb Pits and other such

I was always hoping JDNeal was going to continue his inspired by modules with the underdark and yes the final bit. That said, long ago I did an alternate final set of adventures. Truly, there are just never enough of that sort of stuff and everyone needs these in their games... best chances of getting implementation (assuming decen...

Re: Monks and Guardians

Question : Do all supplements start like this or is it just this one  What do you mean? We do have a standard format for supplements... it's maybe a little weird but at least we're consistent. I meant the actual content : do they always have to be edited so much or is it just my wacky ideas? Y...

Re: Monster Creations and Conversions Discussion

Because BFRPG largely ignores alignments and a specific structure of planar regions, all such demons, devils and the like are lumped together as infernal beings. Up to GM to further refine such into specific niches (such as specifically Demons). I find the blurred lines to be better, as I don't use ...

No worries. Happens all the time. When you have a document with actual contents, we can easily move into workshop section again. Just how things roll here.

I had worked on some monkish ideas within the Showcase Quasi Class document. Feel free to investigate for some ideas.
