Turn thief skills matrix into d20

I did this straightforward experiment on Google Sheets, turning the thief skills into D20 rolls, which might be simpler. At higher levels the progression gets slower and some scores barely change, but I think that makes sense; there's only so much you can learn from a skill when you're already a mas...

It could be cool to have an initially only-human setting, and then have the players, after a long time, find an elf for the first time, for example. Make it something alien, intriguing.
