Title Page: need to update to 2015 (same for last line of OGL)?
Title Page: artwork credit line got bumped off page
Page 39: maybe a line of space b/w title and the map?

Sorry about that. The downloads page didn't get regenerated when I updated to R18. My fault, fixed now.
