Finally starting work on r43, mostly combing through Seven's edits along with anyone's clarifications along the way since the last release.

r43 in Projects. As usual layout was really bad on my copy/system, but didn't mess with that aside from two entries that weren't in correct alphabetical order.

Do Wugs have leaping? Seeing that they are frog people I would assume leaping. Fwiw I used 1/4 of move.

Found these while editing Estates of the Eliari:

Special note for Basic Fantasy Field Guide 1:
Allip no length of time for the babble attack. Suggest 1d6 rounds.

Special note for Basic Fantasy Field Guide 1:
Include the breath attack for Draugr in the Attack and Dam fields.

Special note for Basic Fantasy Field Guide 1:
Include the wailing attack for the Banshee in the Attack and Dam fields.

May need to look this book and Book 2 and 3 over again to see if there are other creatures that have missing attacks.

While doing the german translation, I found two things on the CADAVER entry in BFRPG Field Guide 1, which I suppose are not correct:

1. Spell "curse":
I found a spell at the CADAVER description which is called "curse" and is listed as a 1st level spell, but I can't find a spell of that name in the bfrpg core rules.
It can not be "Bestow Curse", because this spell is also listed in the description. Can you explain to me what kind of spell "curse" is?

2. "Cure light wounds":
As there are listed the reverse versions of "Light" and "Remove Curse" (Darkness and Bestow Curse), I would suppose it should be "Cause Light Wounds". This also makes more sense for an undead creature.

I'll attend to all of these before releasing a new candidate. Thanks!

I'm not sure it's a bug, but I'd like to write about this anyway, just in case.

This entry confused me:
Dinosaur, Ankylosaurus
Armor Class: 21
Hit Dice: 9 or 9* (for Paleocinthus) (AB +8)
No. of Attacks: 1 tail
Damage: 3d6
Movement: 30'
No. Appearing: 1d3, Wild 1d4+1
Save As: Fighter: 9
Morale: 8
Treasure Type: None
XP: 1,075 (Paleocinthus 1,150)

The Ankylosaurus weighs about 8,000 pounds, most of this weight due to its armor plating, side spines, and great, knobby tail. If attacked or threatened, it lashes out with its tail, delivering blows of considerable force. A related species, Paleocinthus, has even more armor plating (AC 24) and a spiked tail (3d6 points of damage).
Is this supposed to be the same number repeated?

I'd assume that things that are specified in brackets are things that are different between Ankylosaurus and Paleocinthus. So I was confused by the fact that the same stat was repeated. Maybe some bonus is missing?

Or maybe I'm just not used to the conventions used in this book?

That's an editing error, at the very least. Honestly should have been an extra column in the statblock; I may attempt to resolve this in the next release.

As far as the numbers being the same, I don't actually know the intentions of whoever submitted this monster.

Also, the text block above says AC 21, but the description says AC 24. Which is it?
