No objections on anything that I had a hand in. Looks good to me.

Seven has found many issues and made comments that I agree with put them into effect once he is done.

Otyugh is a 1E-era monsters; the damage figures are probably vintage. I can see increasing the die roll, but let me think on it first.

Everywhere I looked I saw 1d8 or 1d6+1, but I don't have the 1E numbers.
I have some regrets there...

Owlbear, Fire-breathing

Breath sounds like it hits only one target. Sounds like some version of the Hell Hound breath, but the BFRPG Hell Hound's breath is a cone of flame 10 to 30 feet long depending on the size of the hound. Should probably describe a cone of flame with a specific length and 10' wide at the base.

Plague Hound

A Plague Hound is an undead canine with an infliction similar to a ghoul or ghast.

Is "infliction" the right word? I can't find a definition that fits. A nuisance? Something that has been inflicted? Ghast says that it carries an infection and you can be afflicted by it. Same with the Ghoul that can infect you with ghoul fever.

infliction really should be "affliction". That is the correct word.

Indeed, what Smoot said.

And yes, fire-breathing owlbears should definitely have a similar fire breath to hellhounds.

Praying Mantis, Giant

No. of Attacks:1 bite

Praying mantises are named after their elongated raptorial forelegs and they even inspired martial art styles. So, should probably be 2 forelegs/1bite. The mantis grabs its prey between the femur and tibia of its foreleg, both are covered with long grooves, so it's probably far from a painless experience.

Damage:1d12

Should probably be 1d8/1d8/1d12

No. Appearing: Wild 1d4, Lair 1d6

I believe it should be Wild 1-2. Lair 1

At most you should fine one lone female guarding a clutch of eggs.
Otherwise, you could find a pair.

"A Giant Praying Mantis is greatly camouflaged creature, moving slowly, and waiting motionless for hours."

Let's just say that should be reworded. Several syntax problems.

" A giant praying mantis ambushes and feeds on anything smaller than itself."

It sounds weird. Maybe because you ambush something not on something?

"Giant praying mantis possess a chameleon-like ability to change its exoskeleton color to blend in with the surrounding."

Maybe add "A" in front, change to "possesses", make it "its surrounding" and that would work best as the opening sentence.

"locating one that is hiding (from a distance) is equivalent to finding a secret door"

Weird analogy. (My character is looking for giant praying mantises.) Why not use the hobbit skill to hide outdoors instead? Only 10% chance of being detect while standing still.
See the pseudodragon.

Prince Frog

"Many eyes combined with an excellent sense of hearing means that a prince frog cannot generally be surprised."

I suggest commas before combined and means.

Pseudodragon

Damage:1 HP or 1d3 + poison (sleep)

Is it 1 point of damage rather than 1 hit point?

I think you could get by with just one such comma

I would check Grammarly. I disagree with the 1 comma version. I think 2 commas would be fine, but no commas is better because it emphasizes that all the information is important.
