Advanced Conversion Supplement

Post by seandon4 »

It needs review and play testing, but here is a stab at a conversion guide.

Very nice! I'll compare this to some of the Advanced Edition modules I have.

OGL license: need to correct spelling of "Supplement"; need to add "Advanced Edition Conversion Copyright 2015 © Sean D. Spencer" below that

Your guide holds up well in my Greyhawk games! I've made a conversion guide for 2nd edition monsters that's intended for private use currently. I just picked up the second edition MM and it's a whopper of a monster book. Not sure if That's entirely on topic, but if you want to add it to your guide, I can post it in it's current(I.E. nothing fancy added to it) state. I think it could work for most 1st ed advanced monsters as well.

Nothing involving OGL or anything has been put in. This was made on the fly to put in my book less than 24 hours ago. Only thing it doesn't take into account is spells that aren't in BFRPG and the difference in treasure types. I wanted the guide to be one page so I can staple it in my book. If someone is good at making it look shiny, and adding OGL stuff on it, It's all theirs.
