Re: Magical Item Compendium
Nice! Couple of questions...
Wearable? Whazzat? A hat would be miscellaneous magic, but we don't include that in the title.
The paralysis caused by the ocean staff needs a duration.
Dimirag, if you want to continue maintaining this, I'd be happy to have you do it. Feel free to put new releases in the first post.

And
So what about Sword, Weaknessbiter ? Does it keep the sword in its title or does it also have to take the type of magic item out? (just a little confused to how this works at the moment)
Is it the dice against you or you against the dice?

Re: Magical Item Compendium
Weapons should retain what weapon they are, as they are not divided by swords, axes, and the like, those that are a specific type of sword have it like "longsword, fire", while those that can present as any type of sword just have it like "sword, fire". Wearable on the other hand, are their own category and does not need its name on each item.
Solo, I'll upload a new version on the first topic as soon as I can.

Like everything else, it depends on contributions from any/everyone to get to a completed status.

Be involved in the Supplement/Adventure you want to use
Considering that some weapons are just "sword":
A) Should they be changed into one specific sword?
B) Should they include some chances of encounter different type of swords?
C) Should be a table for all "swords" giving chances of each specific type?
D) Should be left to a DM's will?
I'm inclined to D but maybe people will like some other option.

Re: Magical Item Compendium
Honestly, it shouldn't be "Sword, Weaknessbiter," but rather "Sword of Weaknessbiting" though I have to say I don't like the name no matter how I write it... "biting" is so much less than "slashing" or "slicing."
I should re-read that entry, actually.

Re: Magical Item Compendium
I'm open to suggestions for the name, Weaknessslasher may be a better name, and yes, in this case "sword" its not needed as the sword has a proper name.

Re: Magical Item Compendium
Items having individual names should be in a separate section, I think. Things you can only give out once are different from things you can give out many of.

Re: Magical Item Compendium
I agree, I divide "named" items from magical ones myself.
So, how about r9 being divided into 2 groups: "Standard" Magical Items, and "Named" Magical items.
Please suggest names for each category.
