Unique Magic Items should be the latter section; I'd just title the former part New Magic Items.

Should the New Magic Items descriptions be changed to plural? As there are more than one of each.
Should Books and Gems be put on their own categories instead of being on "Miscellaneous"?

This staff is made of the finest dark oak there is, with a pearl attached at the top. It bears many engravings, written in languages of the deep sea...
This staff holds 5 charges. A humanoid, elemental, or giant may expend a charge to do 2 of the following things:
Heal 2d6 + 2 health points (The wounds are covered with seaweed for a second, then vanish)
Gain + 1 to your Ac for 2 hours ( you are covered in coral)
Cast Darkness for 10 turns ( as a fourth level magic user)
Cast Charm Animal on a sea dwelling creature.
Cast Create Water with the option of the water being either fresh or from the ocean.
When the last charge has been expended, the staff rots away very quickly, and it sends out an image of a terrible sea creature (GM's choice). All creatures (apart from constructs and undead) within 10 feet of it when it rots away must make a save vs. paralysis or be frozen in horror at the vision for 1d100 + 10 minutes.
With each charge it can choose a combo of 2 effects?

Yes, should be plural. If there's more than a couple of entries for Books and Gems, then yes they should get their own sections.

R9 is on the first post

Changes:
Divided into New Magical Items and Unique Magical Items
NMI are now in plural
Changed the order of categories
Changed some names formatting
Potions is now Oils and Potions
Books, Tomes and Manuals have their own place

Before jumping to r10:
Pirate GM13: How are you credited or how do you want to be credited to add your latest submissions
Swords: Should be determines what sword type is each item?
Categories: Are more categories needed? Miscellaneous can be divided if enough items of one "type" appear, options could be: Gems, Musical Instruments...

Hey Dimirag,

Looks like there are some formatting issues with the Deck of Conjuring and the Sentient Weapon Powers. Just wanted to let you know.

I'm not doing formatting until later, each time something is changed, format will brake, so I'll wait until the file is "stable enough". If others want to give it format be my guess.

Just with my name at the end? AJ Coetzer? I don't really make a fuss about credit.
Maybe Trinkets as a category, which would cover amulets, rings, bands etc. ?
Is it the dice against you or you against the dice?
