Re: [AA3] A Temple of Slides and Stairs

Here are some things I had questions about for orobourus, Chii or Solo:

Should the Random Monsters detailed on pages 10 and 11 be brought up to be after the table of Wandering Monsters on page 3.

Page 9 – Magic Users – PC Seven and PC Eight
The equipment lists for both Magic Users have Leather Armor. The Core Rules state that due to constraints in movement a Magic User can’t use armor. See page 8 “Magic-Users may not wear armor of any sort nor use a shield as such things interfere with spellcasting.” Also page 151 “A Magic-User in armor can’t cast spells at all; any such attempt fails, and the spell is lost.”

Page 9 – Thieves – PC Ten
The equipment list for PC Ten has a Shield. The Core Rules state that thieves don’t use shields which would interfere with the Thief Abilities. See page 8 “They may use any weapon, but may not wear metal armor as it interferes with stealthy activities, nor may they use shields of any sort.”

Page 12 and Page 14 – Map of top floor
Should there just be two squares one for the stair and one for the slide? Since that is how the description would work.

Feel free to fix (remove) the armor for the magic-users, and the shield for the thief. If you feel like the arrangement of the random monsters is inefficient, you may change that as well.

As for the map issue... I'll have to look at it.

Page 4 and Page 10 – Random Monsters
Moved from page 10 to page 4 after the table.

Page 10 – Magic Users – PC Seven and PC Eight
Per Solo’s suggestion removed the Leather Armor from the equipment list and set the AC to 11.

Page 10 – Thieves – PC Ten
Per Solo’s suggestion removed the Shield from the equipment list.

R10 will be put into the first post.

I've added r10 to the Projects folder as well. Thank you Al for helping check all of these. 8-)
I haven't checked if the map file is accessible by us in MapMatic, or if orobouros will need to update it.

Those maps were not done in MapMatic.

I'll read through the adventure tonight and figure out if it needs fixing, and if so, how.

r11 uploaded to first post. Lots of little corrections, and cleaned up the map backgrounds a little. I think the map depiction is fine as-is.

Gonna go ahead and lock this thread, as I'm starting to put AA3 together, starting with this adventure. The AA3 thread will be updated and unlocked once I've finished the initial work.
