Those spells are all "obvious" and thus safe.
Take a look at EFF's analysis for an idea of what we need to worry about:

I changed "Cloudkill" to "Death Cloud" because I felt that "Cloudkill" was at least trying to be art. "Detect evil" on the other hand is literally a spell that detects evil, and is thus obvious.

Should I tack on the Pre-gen characters on pp.72 to the Cave of the Unknown? pretty sure it's gonna be a no issues bit but since I'm doing up to pp.71 might as well tack it on.
