Is there a template available to put the weapon mastery in a BF compatible form?

There isn't presently a supplement template; I recommend you download an existing supplement, delete the contents, and paste your materials in. Also download the Adventure Template, as it contains instructions for formatting that are relevant (it's just not in supplement format).

Either LibreOffice or OpenOffice will work. I don't want anyone to have to buy anything in order to contribute.

Recent versions of Word should be able to open our documents, but templates may be asking a bit too much of Microsoft...
