Equipment Emporium, Release 14 -- June 24, 2018: More new artwork by John Ciarfuglia, Bruce Ripple, and Martin Serena has been added to this release, freshly edited by both James Lemon and Al Vetter. Still not ready for print, though; I have a lot of flow-hammering to do.

Arg I missed the blacksmith image from Martin. Making a note here to remind me and/or Solo for the next release.

Bookmarks are automatic, IF you ask for them. I'll make sure they're there for the final version.

What PDF viewer/reader are you using? I'll have to check/test on my machine at work tomorrow, but on my laptop at home (a Mac), I tested several PDFs generated from LibreOffice (both BFRPG and my own); I noticed that Preview didn't show any bookmarks, while Acrobat did show them.

Looks great! Though I see an anomaly. On page 3, the special rule for "Punch" and "Kick" is "Subduing Damage", which reduces the rolled attack by -4. But this conflicts with the "Brawling" rule in the core rulebook as it doesn't state about any modifiers for using the fist, only the foot. And even then it's -2, not -4.

EDIT: Nevermind, saw the "Brawling" section also referenced "Subduing Damage". Ignore this, my bad.

The main reason that EE isn't already on track for printing is that it contains too many rules. It should add only the bare minimum needed to support the items; anything extra should be in other supplements.

Can/should they be moved to Combat Options, or perhaps a Combat Options 2?

Note for myself: need to also correct animal prices (same as Beginners Essentials)

Combat Options, I should think. No need for a second supplement of that type.
