I'll fix the header issues when I release R16.

Sorry for the sidetrack, but ...

The issue of making the headers track the contents of the page is something I am having a problem with, too. How *do* you make the header match the page below it? Or, I guess, more properly, how do you break the current header associations so you can merge or split the existing relationships?

Headers and footers go with Page Styles. So, if you have different styles set, then it's possible to have the different headers that you'll see in the AA series, the adventure template, etc.
It's best to create at least several page styles to begin with (and/or modify the existing templates, which should already have several page styles already setup).
The key is when you want to switch, you have to do a manual page break. The default page break (insert > page break) simply does that. If you choose insert > manual break, in the window that pops up you choose page break, but then you can also select a different page style to go with that new page.

Page headers and footers are attached to page styles. First you create a new style to contain the new headers and footers; then, you insert a manual page break and select the new style. If you backspace over or otherwise delete the manual page break, the style reverts.

Thanks guys. I'll give the page styles thing a shot this week.

Back on topic, I am really looking forward to this in print. I'll definitely be buying it when it comes out!

For the cover I'd commissioned an artist I've followed for some time, a dude named Vasily Ermolaev. He's got the "dark fairy tale" thing down pat.

The interior art also has some fantastic pieces from the community here.
