Ruined Gates of Varos
Re: [AA4] Ruined Gates of Varos
Agreed; the listed adventures can be removed, and simply worded to something like "any adventure/location the GM chooses" or such.

Re: [AA4] Ruined Gates of Varos
Okay, I've uploaded a new R5, with the book revised.
An item like this sounds like fun, but it can be a major pain for the GM. One of the things that helps make sandboxes work is travel time... if the players decide suddenly to abandon their current delvings and go somewhere else, the GM can fill in to the end of the session with random encounters and have until the next session to prepare. But an item like this which gives players a shortcut can lead to an overworked GM.
Hmm. Perhaps the book needs a "once a week" limitation...
