PCs have an "x in 6" chance of doing the following:

Opening Doors
Listening at Doors
Finding Secret Doors
Detecting Traps

Are there any other tasks as per the rules that involve the x in 6 method, or is this all of them? I've looked through the rules multiple times, but its possible I overlooked something.

Dwarven detect slanting passages, traps, shifting walls and new construction

Not directly the same "x in 6" ruling, but surprise can be considered a "reverse take" as the chances are for a negative effect, but it can be inverted to a 4 in 6 chances of avoiding surprise.
