Are there any supplements for expanded encounter reactions/situations?

As I am prepping hard for our upcoming sandbox campaign, I want to make sure I honor the improvisational GM energy that comes with systemic random encounters, and just making them work sort of spontaneously. I do, however want to make sure they are systemic so my players feel like these bits aren't necessarily as curated as adventures, but are happening due to a living world and the dice gods.
I feel like for that to work best, beyond having say, "Wilderness encounter table: forests", I also want a little more. Monster/encounter reactions fill some of this, but are pretty broadly, good/bad/indifferent.
Has anyone made any Basic Fantasy supplements, or general OSR ones that provide additional tables of WHAT the encounter is broadly doing? Are the Orcs eating... and react negatively? Are the Goblins searching, but respond favorably, etc?
