Everything made here that is for sale, its sale at cost, no money comes to us, except a penny here and there to Solo and that money goes into the forum maintenance.
If you share something, to be share like the rest of the adventures and supplements, people will help with different task such as formatting, editing, proofreading, ideas, etc.
Art is something that:
A) You must find on your own outside of the forum as you cant ask for art nor ask a specific artist for art for your module.
B) Use art that an artist has explicitly said is open to anyone wanting to use it for BFRPG
C) Wait until an artist decides to make art for your module.
D) Wait until Solo makes an open request for art.
Your file will stay on the Workshop.
If good enough it can go to the Showcase, to the Downloads page, combined with other supplements etc... This is based on completeness and content and other parameters set by Solo.
If the module ends up on the Downloads page, it may go to print.
Solo is the one in charge of sending books to print.
Things may move fast, may move slow, may not move at all, we don't work with deadlines and work on whatever we wish to work unless Solo calls the orcish bards to sound the drums and make a call, and even there he just ask politely.

Don't feel like you should do A. Leave the art for us and we'll get it decorated.
