"Basic Fantasy Role Playing Blog Appreciation Day"
"Basic Fantasy Role Playing Blog Appreciation Day"
Erik Tenkar's blog 'Tenkars Tavern' has created the first ever "Basic Fantasy Role Playing Blog Appreciation Day". This has been discussed here, viewtopic.php?f=2&t=758&st=0&sk=t&sd=a, and on other threads here at BFRPG. Chris is also blogging about it on our new BFRPG blog page http://basicfantasy.org/blog/ . So I don't intend to keep a list of blogs participating since that is being done both on our blog and on Tinker's Tavern, http://www.tenkarstavern.com/. This thread is just a place for us to bask in the glory of the day
I just read this blog and enjoyed it very much http://daggerarts.blogspot.com/

Re: "Basic Fantasy Role Playing Blog Appreciation Day"
I propose a little project to give thanks to all these guys.
After this day is over, and we see all those who have blogged a bit about us, lets make an all new module/adventure to say thanks. The idea I have is to use each blogger in some way in the module. Some might be NPCs, others as names of monster bad guys, others who don't use a name per-say might have an Inn named for their blog, magical items named for them, etc. We can get creative with our use of their identities/blog sites this way. Of course, in the introductory passages, we can cite their blog locations/urls and offer our sincere thanks.
What do you guys think of this?

Is it really the end, not some crazy dream?

I'm revising the forum theme. Go to your User Control Panel and change from Bl@ck to BasicFantasy to see the new theme. And yes, Mr. Smoot, I'll fix the font size control soon...
