Can anyone use a wizard? Was going for an old school comic book art vibe.

That's exactly what I was going for! Thanks for the good words, Kirby's weird, chunky style was incredible.Francisco-art wrote: ↑Fri Nov 26, 2021 5:40 pm Very cool wizard! You got the comic book, Jack Kirby energy crackle down!

Re: Teaman's Pictures for Basic Fantasy
Huh... those last two look like illustrations I saw in books published in the 1960's... really takes me back.
If I ever return to the Space Force project, that style would be perfect for illustrating the book.

Thanks Solo, let me know what you need if Space Force returns (or for BFRPG in general).Solomoriah wrote: ↑Tue Nov 30, 2021 11:26 am Huh... those last two look like illustrations I saw in books published in the 1960's... really takes me back.

Re: Teaman's Pictures for Basic Fantasy
Jeeeez, those last two some of your best work ever
There is some blurriness (at least to me) in the elf illustration; if deliberate I can understand, but for me it's a bit distracting/"wrong"

Chii, thanks for the kind words. Here's a version of the elf lady that I sharpened, does this work a little better?
I think the bluriness in the first one is because she was painted on cold-press watercolor paper, which has a texture. Is this one is a little better?
