Here we have a monstrous spider. ... But how do you draw a monster spider to make it look different than a regular spider? Well, I just decided to make it look glassine or (if you want) metallic.

So here's my version of a Phase Spider ... but you can call it a crystal spider, robospider, spider golem or whatever you need it to be. Drawn without scale reference so you can make it normal spider-sized or elephant-sized at your discretion.

Wow! Great stuff! Digging your take on the stirge and piercer! So weird and old school! These two latest critters capture the creativity that old school artists had when they were trying to figure out what these monsters looked like. Great stuff!I love it!
