The group heads down the street past the rows of taverns further in the foreign quarters.

Several blocks later no sign of the two.

“Boss, lets pay a visit in one of these taverns, we really need to ask around to see if anyone has seen our colleagues. What do you think?”

One is just as good as another, the sign says, "The Vulgar Unicorn". You enter the dimly lit place that reeks of unwashed bodies and stale ale and make your way to an unoccupied table.

Tam considers that he gets paid an awful lot to hang around in shady taverns.
Maybe the new job is not so bad, after all.

Remembering his role as bodyguard, he makes a point of scowling at anybody who gets too close to Rudolfo.
He does leave the talking to the others this time.

Gombuk talks to several groups of people, in some cases passing out a little silver. He is ll business now, just barely using his cover as a front.
