As a general note, Taply will always try to retrieve any spent arrows after a battle unless that's impossible. I may forget to mention it, but Taply is trained to do this.

He is not above scavenging enemy arrows if they'll work.

lol I just tried to acquire a cat as a familiar. is that a thing you can do in BFRPG? lol I almost forgot about that old AD&D rule.

Let's just say a cat is a wonderful encounter to meet in a house. I'm not sure if BFRPG states you can have familiars besides hirelings and hired mercenaries and specialist. Though I'll allow it as a companion that will be alongside the PCs.

This made me laugh:
"Say Zill? In your conversation with the... Talking cat... Did it mention why it can talk? Was it of unholy means?"

I so want to say "why yes it did seem to be an unholy meat puppet of evil" to see if it would get brained by a mace lol but that just seems completely uncalled for so i will refrain.

Outa curiosity, how are we doing for light? Making a hard right turn away from the light provided from the open door is likely to mean things get very dark very quickly unless there are light sources within the passages.

If the light is going down, Taply will, of course, bring the issue up, assuming no one has yet addressed it. He is third in line, so probably does not have a clear view forward.

Someone has a lantern. Grimlar does not need light. I SMELL BLOOD AND FEAR!
