Chapter 3: Trying Again
Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
Grumm will try the same thing again - knocking over the northern statue.
Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
Shybolt will try to maneuver around the statue thats attacking him in an attempt to get closer to the door they were guarding. He will not break off his attack or give up an attack of opportunity. Whether or not he can get close to the door he will not make any attempt to open it yet. he will just try once more to damage the statue.

Me and my big mouth talking about miracles, eh! Brother Arven will continue to swing with his mace, defending with his shield.

Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
Timorel swung again, and scored a hit; his friends all failed in their attacks. The statues counterattacked, but both missed.
Grumm, Shybolt, and Timorel have initiative, while Brother Arven is simultaneous.

Grumm will just try to hit normally this time - see if that does him any good.
Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
If Shybolt was able to get close to the door he will put his back to it and try to kick backwards it open it and then attack the statues once more. Can he tell if Timorels's hit appears to have done much damage.
Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
While not motally wounded, that stone spear did not feel good. Brother Arven again attacks with his mace attempting to knock the things block off!

Timorel swings again. Like Shybolt, he's curious about how much (or little) damage that last hit did.

Re: Chapter 3: Trying Again
All the adventurers attacked, but only Brother Arven managed to score a hit, knocking a few bits off of the northern statue. Neither statue looked much worse for the wear. Shybolt tried to get closer to the eastern door, but without success. Both statues counterattacked, and one managed to hit Timorel, inflicting a minor wound on him.
Timorel took 3 points of damage. Shybolt and Brother Arven have initiative in the next round, while Timorel is simultaneous and Grumm is slow.
