Don't forget to add the shooting at point blank and tons of other things!

Impressive.

That was very, very cool.

Well, mind blown.

Very, very cool. It's fun to see people who have a passion for something and push themselves just to see how far they can possibly go.
My cousin is a three time state champion in archery:longbow. He was telling me one day about instinctive shooting and how to pull and release all in one motion. I bought my boys all bows and arrows and we've been murdering strawbale orcs. It's a ton of fun, and the boys have caught on amazingly fast, especially the 6yo!
When I lived in S. America in the late 90's, I saw lots of kids running around with "Honditas", little slingshots that just hooked on their fingers. They could hit anything with them! Really cool.
So yes, an Elf *ahem Legolas ahem* should be able to at least match Lars after several centuries of practice!

It appears that most of this stuff was bunk. Read about it here.
Re: I demand multi bow attacks per round
When I watched the video I didn't care about all his nonsensical chatter about historical archery, or whether or not he had mad parkour skills. Also, I know just like every other video on the net, including any video by the guy debunking the story, people don't show their missed shots - just the ones that make them look good.
What I saw in the video is a uncoordinated, not particularly fit guy shoot a lot of arrows in a very short time with at least enough accuracy to hit multiple targets in just a few seconds. You can say he just shot a lot of video and got lucky, but ask yourself how lucky do you have to be to hit 3 or 4 targets successfully in less than a few seconds. I don't care if I shot video for 100 hours straight I doubt that I would ever hit so many targets in a row that fast. And he has more than just one demonstration. He would also have to get that lucky for the other 10 or 15 demonstrations he showed.
What I see when I watch stuff like this is what could someone back in an era when archers were elite fighting troops, who trained their whole life, could do with a bow if this dork could do what he does as a side hobby.
