Re: New Magic Item: Deck of Conjuring
Your two uncommons should be rare; living things and magic items. The carriage in particular, since its such a big thing.

Hmm. I think maybe we can make holy water uncommon rather than rare. It's not exactly enchanted, after all.

Re: New Magic Item: Deck of Conjuring
My thoughts exactly, its not a Magic Item per se.
Solo, are you going to use one giant master list with all the object or use a series of tables? Something like:
d100 roll --- Rarity
01-55 ------- Common
56-85 ------- Uncommon
86-100 ------ Rare
d6 roll: Common - Uncommon - Rare
1-3 ----- Table A1 - Table B1 - Table C1
4-5 ----- Table A2 -Table B2 - Table C2
6 ------- Table A3 - Table B3 - Table C3
Tables "A" are the one with the lesser important objects, And "C" are with the more valuable or powerful ones.

Re: New Magic Item: Deck of Conjuring
Depends on how many items I get. It will probably require subtables. I'll burn that bridge when I come to it...

Re: New Magic Item: Deck of Conjuring
Hmm.
Actually, probably something like this:
Table 1:
1...
2...
3...
...
86-00 Roll on Table 2
Table 2:
1...
2...
3...
...
86-00 Roll on Table 3
Table 3
...
... with the Common items on table 1, Uncommon on table 2, Rare on table 3. This will allow 85+85+100 items total, and just incidentally permit a longer list of Rare items.
