I can agree with the removal of the Sapient Glyph and Greymorean Painting. They are indeed very inventive and hope they make it into one (or more?) BFRPG adventures (in fact may try to include them in one of mine). For those wanting to use them: the Sapient Glyph is by Stuart Marshall, and the Greymorean Painting is by James Frost, just to give them a Contributors credit or such.

You'd need to copy their copyright statements from the OGL of the previous release of Field Guide 2. Probably I need to post them above.

Since the Glyph and Painting seem very magical in nature would they be able to be included in Libram Magica? Of course with SmootRK's permission, since it is his book.

I would place them here if it could be expanded and become into a full supplement.

Does someone need to start a book of magic items?

I bet if you swept up all the threads with magic items in them, you'd have a good start.

There's also Items Found in Wizard's Closet and Deck of Conjuring. I'm sure there's other threads.

Martin and I have posted more to that thread; any follow-up should go there.

Let's keep this one on track for FG2.

Announcing!

The Basic Fantasy Field Guide 2, Release 33 -- May 15, 2018
Release 32 of this book was made on the forum; this new release is basically that work as edited by James Lemon, with layout corrections and further edits by Chris Gonnerman. We are a long way from print as yet, but this version should be much improved over the previous official release.
