Dark Temple Contest Voting Thread

Post by Solomoriah »

This is the voting thread for the Dark Temple contest. Each and every forum member has a vote, including moderators. I will refrain from voting, unless my vote is needed to break a tie.

As a reminder: Moderators can and have entered this contest, and they are eligible to win just like anyone else, BUT in the event that a moderator wins, the $25.00 prize money will be awarded to the highest-placing non-moderator.

Voting will be open until 10:00pm CDT Friday, October 18, 2019. Download the PDFs, read through them, and cast your votes before then!

These adventures will make for a nice, solid CS2 Book.

Okay, so I'm reading these adventures for the first time, and I'm noticing that they're longer than I expected. Does anyone think the voting deadline needs to be extended to give everyone more time to read them? I could go another week quite easily.

As much as I would like to read these quickly and vote, I haven't had the time (and energy) for that to occur. So, yes a good extension would probably allow me to delve in.
Is it really the end, not some crazy dream?

I think I spent about four hours reading through all of them. An extra week to vote would probably give more people a chance to at least skim through them.

Okay, I've added a week to the deadline. Hopefully everyone will have time to give them a read-through now!

Oops. Sorry. I actually was afraid my adventure was too short. I'm glad everybody seems to be enjoying reading through them all (I know I have been). Good call on the extra week.

Yes, I too seem to have written The Great American Novel. Next time it's orcs, orcs, and more orcs!

Posts on social media, forums, etc. wouldn't hurt either.

Don't apologize. Not "too long," just "longer than I expected." I'm enjoying reading them!
