In the classic Curse of Xanathon, a D&D Expert series adventure, there is a dungeon which has a long corridor cutting across the middle of it. You enter with a right turn, walk a long way down, and make a left to exit; however, when characters traverse the long corridor they are magically turned so that they end up back at the original corner, never reaching the far end. This confuses the heck out of whoever is mapping.
To succeed at traversing the corridor the party must go halfway down and then turn back.
