Core Rules 4th Edition, Release 116 -- March 22, 2023
Here's yet another print release candidate for the 4th Edition Core Rules. This release fixes several very small but annoying errors, and adds one piece of art.

Don't look at me. As a programmer, I write dates like this: 2023-03-22.

As someone who cleaned up a fair bit of COBOL dates early in my career, I am skeptical about the alleged innocence of programmers in this case... ;)

I've been working with county property taxes for most of my career. You have to handle dates correction, or else.
