Chapter 0: A fresh start

After a good nights rest in Oldwin's room, the group returns to the foyer.

As long as it meets the requirements, Taply says, "We've tried the center and right door. Do we want to try the left door with the silver key?

"Or do we want to at least see what the center door looks like using the silver key?"

(And "meets the requirements", I simply mean that we won't risk breaking the silver key.)

Sure lets check that center door with silver key.

Taply gets the dangling keys and picks the silver key to put inside the keyhole. Which as he turns the key and reopens the door. the group is to spot the gloomy atmosphere and this time more darker than using the green key. You all notice the left corridor appears and opens up as you use the key.

Edit: As the door opens to reveal an alternative feel of the corridor. you feel no presence lurking about.

Which using the silver key, the group continues to the left direction that looked to only be here using the key. you march forward 20' and now you come across three paths. (OOC: this is if a torch is lit right now):

• Path #1 is straight ahead and roughly within distance you can see 30' and vaguely the path continues forward it looks like.

• Path #2 is looking to your left and continues 30' further and difficult to see beyond.

• Path #3 is looking to your right and continues 30' and goes further, but darkness is present.

You will also notice that while the darkness is present and hear the insects and birds heard. There is some spark of little yellow spheres fluttering around the area. You could think of them as fireflies expect their only form is the glow they shine. The best of your ability to see in complete darkness (darkvision, torches/lanterns, candles, spells, etc.). These little "bugs" at least provide some light only up to 5' within the distance you stick with them.

OOC: Do you guys want me to scout forward?

IC: Grace gestures for everyone to quiet down and stand back. She advances as quietly as she can forward while wearing her fancy new cloak, sliding along the floor as carefully as possible. When she's about 20' down path 1, she stops to see if she can hear anything.

Taply gives a thumbs up to the scouting.

Alright Grace nods to the group and she proceeds to scout ahead to learn what lies ahead of path #1. You take a moment to listen to your surroundings, but with enough silence you don't suspect anything.

Alright, Grace and the gang proceed forward to path #1. You continue ahead Grace as you begin to see the corridor continuing ahead until you see a dead end show up. Grace only sees then from her right that a door is seen and is closed. You may listen in further on or check another path.

OOC: Rip my 3 year old phone of an LG device. So im using a back up phone to at least take some photos.

Zill whispers ahead to Grace saying "What do you make of that dead end Grace? Is there a secret passage by any chance?"

Grace looks back and holds her hand up for quiet. "I'll see if I can find anything." Grace will begin looking for secret doors and traps along the pathway.
