Oddly enough both systems coexist in Canada. Depending on what you are trying to measure one or the other applies.

I can easily understand measurements in feet or inches without the ' or the ".

Page 46: "sword +1" should be capitalized
Page 62, Movement: "Bugbears" shouldn't be capitalized
Page 62, Attacks: "Goblins", "Triceratops" shouldn't be capitalized
Page 64, Assassin Vine: "Strangle Vine" should be bold
Page 66, Bat: in the table "Bat" and "Giant Bat" need to be bold
Pages 117 & 118, Green Jelly & Ochre Jelly: Armor Class wording should be consistent, and does Green Jelly need an AC value like the Ochre Jelly does?
Page 126: should the Manticore artwork be on the bottom half of the page?
Page 136, Rhinoceros: in the table "Black" and "Woolly" need to be bold
Page 173, Staff of Commanding: "potion of plant control" should be capitalized (each word except "of")
Page 173, Staff of Power: "walking staff +2" should be capitalized (each word)
Page 173, Staff of Wizardry: "staff of power" should be capitalized (each word)
Page 174, Control Plant: "potion of plant control" should be capitalized (each word except "of")
Page 177, Flying Carpet: "1000" needs a comma
Page 177, Girdle of Giant Strength: the first mention of "Strength", does it need to be capitalized? If it's just strength in general it doesn't, if it's also referring to the stat (like the second mention), then yes it should be.
Page 184, Magic Items for NPCs: "Fighter, Thief or Cleric" needs one more comma (Oxford comma yo)
Page 184, Magic Items for NPCs: "Ring of Protection" needs to be bold
Page 184, Magic Items for NPCs: in the third paragraph mentioning the misc. magic item, should a section/page reference be put in?
Page 197-200: the font and/or font size isn't consistent; I'm seeing some sections slightly smaller size and/or less bold?

Wow, nice work. I didn't even think to check for the consistent application of the bolding and capitalization conventions.

Was bugging me I had nothing listed/found in the first 45 pages, so here:

Page 11, Weapons: still use single-dagger symbol even though in Monster section it was changed to (s)?
Page 11, Missile Weapon Ranges: last sentence, keep "-2" together on one line
Page 14, Trebuchet: should the "20' higher" be the nicer/fancier single-quote or the same plain symbol used for movement, range, etc.? I legit can't recall what it's called besides a quote...
Page 32, Purify Food and Water: "potions of poison" should be capitalized to "Potions of Poison"
Page 35, Remove Curse: possible to change the three effects to a bullet list (with or without added spacing)?
Page 38, Teleport: for the table, should there be a line above the table header/top? Most other tables usually don't have that...
Page 39, Wall of Iron: change "minimum of 13 Strength" to "minimum Strenth [score] of 13"? (similar to Web wording)

Page 65, Basilisk: should the 2 instances of "save vs. Petrification" be "save vs. Petrify" (since the other saves are worded to the actual Save name/category)?
Page 74, Cockatrice: same as above
Page 109, Gorgon: same as above
Page 127, Medusa: same as above x 2
Page 139, Sand Salamander: same as above

Also, need to re-iterate the incredible amount of new artwork! Some are very atmospheric, some downright creepy, and some are absolutely hilarious! (the lip bite on page 43, I can't even)

It took me some time to get used to it, as we use the metric system the ' and " are used for minutes and seconds.
Many (Gen-X and older) Canadians are fluent enough in Imperial system to understand feet (') and inches ("), but I think we all die a little more inside each time we have to interpret a date written in MM-DD-YY(YY) format. :D

How about the YYYY-MM-DD format? That's not a bad format.
