Page 11, Weapons: still use single-dagger symbol even though in Monster section it was changed to (s)?
Yes. It's not being used as a marker after AC here, but as a reference to a note at the bottom of the table.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 11, Missile Weapon Ranges: last sentence, keep "-2" together on one line
Fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 14, Trebuchet: should the "20' higher" be the nicer/fancier single-quote or the same plain symbol used for movement, range, etc.? I legit can't recall what it's called besides a quote...
I've actually made it a policy not to use "smart" quotes; some of that text was pasted from EE which I did not originally create, so it probably rode in from there. It should be the actual word "feet" rather than either symbol, and it's fixed now.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 32, Purify Food and Water: "potions of poison" should be capitalized to "Potions of Poison"
Fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 35, Remove Curse: possible to change the three effects to a bullet list (with or without added spacing)?
Yeah, we'll try that.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 38, Teleport: for the table, should there be a line above the table header/top? Most other tables usually don't have that...
No, that's a mistake. Fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 39, Wall of Iron: change "minimum of 13 Strength" to "minimum Strenth [score] of 13"? (similar to Web wording)
Yeah, changed that.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 65, Basilisk: should the 2 instances of "save vs. Petrification" be "save vs. Petrify" (since the other saves are worded to the actual Save name/category)?

Page 74, Cockatrice: same as above
Page 109, Gorgon: same as above
Page 127, Medusa: same as above x 2
Page 139, Sand Salamander: same as above
Yeah, fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 8:36 am Page 46: "sword +1" should be capitalized
Fixed. Found another that wasn't even boldface, and fixed it too.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 8:36 am Page 62, Movement: "Bugbears" shouldn't be capitalized
Fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 8:36 am Page 62, Attacks: "Goblins", "Triceratops" shouldn't be capitalized
Fixed.

Fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 8:36 am Page 66, Bat: in the table "Bat" and "Giant Bat" need to be bold
Fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 8:36 am Pages 117 & 118, Green Jelly & Ochre Jelly: Armor Class wording should be consistent, and does Green Jelly need an AC value like the Ochre Jelly does?
Yes. The version for the Ochre Jelly is better, so I've used it.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 8:36 am Page 126: should the Manticore artwork be on the bottom half of the page?
No. I mean, maybe yes, logically, but I like how it looks there.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 8:36 am Page 136, Rhinoceros: in the table "Black" and "Woolly" need to be bold
Fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 173, Staff of Commanding: "potion of plant control" should be capitalized (each word except "of")
Fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 173, Staff of Power: "walking staff +2" should be capitalized (each word)
Page 173, Staff of Wizardry: "staff of power" should be capitalized (each word)
Both fixed. Staff of striking also needed case changing in the Staff of Power description.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 174, Control Plant: "potion of plant control" should be capitalized (each word except "of")
Fixed.

Fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 177, Girdle of Giant Strength: the first mention of "Strength", does it need to be capitalized? If it's just strength in general it doesn't, if it's also referring to the stat (like the second mention), then yes it should be.
It does read better the other way.

Fixed.

Fixed.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 184, Magic Items for NPCs: in the third paragraph mentioning the misc. magic item, should a section/page reference be put in?
Hah, more than that, it should be a Rare Item. Changed, and reference added.
chiisu81 wrote: Thu Mar 23, 2023 1:50 pm Page 197-200: the font and/or font size isn't consistent; I'm seeing some sections slightly smaller size and/or less bold?
There were a few directly-styled 9.5 point bits here and there. I've restyled, and then done some light editing to fix the broken flow. Good eye, as usual... can spot an extra space at twenty paces...

I asked this a while back, but didn't get an answer:
Going through Terror of Tosasth, I noticed that the Ghost is said to have a gaze attack, but there is nothing about the attack in the description. There is mention of just seeing the ghost causing a fear reaction, if that is the gaze attack it should be renamed to something like 'scare sighting'. I think a gaze would be something like a Medusa looking at a character.

According to the description the Ghost has no gaze attack, even though it's mentioned twice in the stat-block, my interpretation is the stat-block is wrong as Gaze attack is an defined thing in D&D based games and the Ghost has nothing that would come under that (and I can't see any that would make sense for a ghost either)

Reading the ghost's description, its attack and damage lines certainly need to be updated, and it's possession ability also needs to be included. I think while normally a "gaze" attack normally refers to the gaze of a monster (ie the attacker), here it was meant the gaze from the PC/victim.
Attack: "1 touch, 1 sight(?), or 1 possession"
Damage: "1d8 + special, or 1 special"
Something like that...

I think something like Fear Aura would be more accurate than gaze (but I think you've hit the nail on the head why it is like it is) I agree noting the Possession attack is a must to be in the stat lines, it's a pretty major ability.
