Have you considered that the Gerry Anderson TV series' UFO and Captain Scarlet share a vaguely similar premise to Space Corps?
Just wondering at large really if there were ideas there that might inspire material for this game.

Similar indeed - just did a quick search after I posted and the moonbase in 'UFO' is located in the Sea of Tranquillity!
