Trouble logging in to mapmatic

Hey everyone, I'm attempting to login to mapmatic 2 and having difficulty with my account login. Trying to use mapmatic 1 I keep getting a error undefined message. None of the icons come up for me.

Note I'm on mac osx high sierra, and have tried with chrome/safari and firefox. Any help would be fantastic! thanks peeps.

I sent an email as I'm having the issue of it saying I have an account then saying I do not have one.

Looks like I'm in now, thanks to solo. Different password than the forum works.

I did not get it. I check all my folders and my spam channel but you were not shown in any of them.
