No promises but I'll surely try.
Solomoriah wrote: Thu Jan 12, 2023 5:54 pm The new gargoyle is going in the new book, for sure. Thanks!
Thanks, use whatever you like most or better suits the page, I actually like different aspects of each one

The depth (not sure that's the correct word) of that gargoyle is amazing.
Great art thanks for sharing!

If you want to take a crack at improving any of your existing drawings, I'll be happy to swap them out. Your skills have definitely gone up a level or two.

EDIT: I hope that didn't come across wrong...

Dimirag wrote: Thu Jan 12, 2023 12:23 pm Almost 10 years ago I started sharing some drawing here (just a month shy of 10 years).
One of those pics was the gargoyle.
Almost 10 years hating that pic!
I know I wasn't very good at drawing (not like that changed much) but it was such a basic thing...
So, lets change that right now.
Here's both a pure pencil and an inked version

Being printed small the contrast of the 2nd will probably help it be the easiest to view. But the pencil is cleaner. Regardless, greatjob for both!
